Cranberry Way was founded in the midst of the launch of a "magical" cruise line. The creative energy emerged while building the brand of this new international business venture. After launching that dream, we were sought after from groups, leaders and individuals who wanted something like what we did on a remote island in the Bahamas ... a chance to make their magic. We were the answer.

For 20 years, after working in operations, human resources strategy and organizational improvement positions in the Theme Park, Resorts and Cruise and Island Vacations, she launched Cranberry Way!
Her goal was to bring her passion for creativity and innovation like she learned at Disney to a larger audience. What started in PR and Cause Marketing moved into creating unique and innovative ideas for organizations and their teams. So with expertise in creating and designing dynamic employee experiences for Disney she wanted to bring her experience to help leaders Re-Imagine, Re-Engineer and Re-Think their approach to what their Culture says about them. It's simple - Culture IS what you DO, the behaviors that you allow, and the vision that you set. She brings the compass and toolbox to help you redesign your culture with a spark of Magic along the way. She worked to open some of Disney's most cherished resorts and businesses including Disney Institute, Disney's BoardWalk and launched the Disney Cruise Line and her "twins" - Disney Magic and Wonder... and where she lived and opened their private Island - Castaway Cay in the Bahamas. She helped design programs and events for the thousands of "Cast" and guests, that brought the magic to life inside their Resorts and Theme Parks. With her experience Training and Leadership Development course for the Disney University, she's taught programs for audiences of 2-500 on topics like Guest Service, Cast Excellence, Front Desk Operations, Disney Company History and Traditions and Leadership. Disney provided a rich and complete education in service and leadership excellence and gave her an attention to detail that is annoying at times. It is the "way that Disney does it" that is still coveted and often imitated. Companies send teams to Disney to learn how they focus on service, leadership, employee engagement and creativity. This was their everyday language and what she speaks fluently. Disney produced great marketing campaigns and amazing productions as experts in entertainment. She brings experience in the best in pioneering innovation, imagination and creative inspiration. From 25-foot glitter Barbie signs, to painting Cinderella Castle like a bright pink birthday cake - over the top was the norm! Going above and beyond was a way of life and a keen attention to detail was expected. With experience managing spectacular property and opening events for thousands of media and guests, she brings experience in orchestrating to the point of operational perfection. The Disney brand is revered, coveted and one of the most trusted brands and she'll bring this attention to your brand as well. After leaving the "Magic" and settling into the "outside world" she worked in senior Human Resources and organizational effectiveness roles in the power sector, senior housing, banking and retail. She resides in Charlotte, NC with her husband and two sons. |
